To be eligible for a return:. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Items must be in their original packaging, with all original tags and travel bags still attached
Are There Items That Cannot Be Returned?
Yes! items with man-made damages will not be accepted. This includes:. Items that are soiled. Items with makeup stains. Items that smell of perfume. Any non-manufacturer defects. These items will be returned back to the customer.
How Will I Receive My Refund?
